ANNOUNCEMENTS
Happy Halloween! What is a vegan vampire to do? Luckily I myself have a stable supply of free-range, no-kill, "happy blood". Other vegan vampires may not be so lucky. They might be seen stalking events at the Chicago Goth Veg Meetup or even some of ours. Oh and BTW - garlic doesn't do jack, just sayin. smile Mwahahahaha!

VEGAN CHICAGO MEETUP
Time for the Vegan Chicago Pizza Party Extravaganza Part II is nigh! Afterwards we're hoping for a quick jaunt through Rosehill cemetery across the street for those who are interested in walking off their pizza. More spooky fun hurray!

VEGAN ADVOCACY OPPORTUNITIES
The average person eats about 35 farm animals per year, adding up to thousands in a lifetime. Leafleting with literature on factory farming has been shown to be effective in creating new vegans and persuading others to reduce their consumption of animal products. By educating the public about animals suffering on factory farms we can inspire others to spare thousands, if not millions of animals, and ultimately work towards the end of exploitation. Join us!
