Dear Vegan Chicago,

We know the holidays are upon us all and there is tons for us all to do with travel plans, last minute shopping, and all that, but for one moment, lets remember how bitter cold it was this past week for us humans, and how the horses, who are not indigenous to America and are not naturally equipped to be out in this all day and night, must suffer needlessly and stand out there, chilled to the bone. We ask you to come out for JUST ONE HOUR (bundled up, of course) and speak out against this needless and awful industry.

This is the busiest time of the year for these carriages, so we need to be out there to show that there is opposition to this seemingly charming, endearing industry. We need to hold the signs that show the fate of so many a fallen horses, and that we believe NOT ONE MORE HORSE should die for this.

Time: 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Where: Water Tower Place

Signs and leaflets will be provided. All we need is you. This is the season of giving, so give just a little of your time to help one day give these horses the freedom they deserve, far away from the busy city streets.
