Ready or not, 2010 is almost upon us, and our first meetup of the new year will take place at Udupi Palace, which serves traditional vegetarian cuisine of South India. http://www.udupipalac...
For $16 (tax and tip included), each guest will dine on the following:
Appetizer
1 piece of Iddly (steamed rice and lentil patty)
1 piece of Vada (fried lentil donut)
Entree (served family-style)
Chana Masala Curry (chick peas and tomato curry)
Daal (lentil and onion curry)
White Rice
Lemon Rice
Masala Dosa (crepe filled with potatoes and onions)
Chapaty (whole wheat bread)
Assorted vegan dipping sauces
