Tantalize your tastebuds and stimulate your senses with Indian-Gujarati cuisine. These dishes are not only exciting to make but fun to eat as well. Allow this culinary experience to transport you to the land of exotic spices and experience the joy that cooking brings. Many of Gujarati dishes are naturally vegan and hence animal friendly. Import the experience of all that is Gujarat: Where the Lions roam the Gir jungles and the calves frolic in the lush green fields. :)
Together we will be making
1. Sabudana Patties (Tapioca + Potato patties spiced with ginger, garlic, and more!) This is the ultimate comfort food. Absolutely yummy!
2. Vaghareli Khitchdi (Spiced rice and lentil pilaf) This dish is not only healthy, but tasty and easy to make.
3. Kadhi ( hot soup made from chick pea flour and soy yogurt). Kadhi is usually enjoyed with rice or rice and lentils. Another healthy dish that is sure to awaken your senses.
4. Kheer ( Rice dessert with soy milk) This dessert is great tasting and easy to make.
We will eat the tasty vegan food that we make and then you can also take home the recipes as well. :)
