OMG it's the Vegan Chicago's Potluck Bowling Spectacular PART DEUX!

Yes, you've read that right! It's potluck, it's bowling, it's spectacular and it's back again to kick vegan ass!

So here's how it's gonna go down:

We have the entire Timber Lanes bowling alley to ourselves from 2:30 to 5:30 pm. Timber Lanes is a great small bowling alley with lotsa character and friendly staff. For your low-price ticket you get admission, shoe rental, and bowling all included for the entire length of the event. There will be a cash bar if you are so inclined. Potluck is not mandatory but you can only eat if you bring food. Bummer, I know but for all the potluck guidelines please see this thread on our message board:

See, easy peasy and chockfulla fun!

If you wish to participate in the potluck please post what dish you are going to bring in your RSVP comment. All beverages must be purchased at the bar. Water, soda and lemonade will be the nonalcoholic choices.

So yeah, everything is optional. You don't have to bowl, or potluck, or drink or whatever. Do it all, do it none, do it your way. $8, easy.

I'm changing my dish to a hot pasta one.

Also, Dave, if you haven't done this, you may want to remind people to bring their own place settings.

The weekend got overly busy. I am going to bring a 12 Pack of bubbly water for people to enjoy instead of a grain dish. No time to cook! Sorry . . . .

I am glad to see that someone else is bringing chili because something came up and I can't do the chili. I am still bringing cupcakes and now I am also going to bring muffins. Pumpkin chocolate chip cupcakes with cinnamon frosting. Lemon muffins.

Great potluck as usual! Debra, Mike, and Dave rock!

I had a blast, in spite of the fact that my bowling ability has deteriorated! We should do this at least 2X/year so I can improve my game. And to whoever made the gluten- and cane sugar-free chocolate dessert thingies, I love you.
