Thanks for your honest responses. From what I have studied, indeed, it appears that physical benefits obtained by eating raw peak at 80%raw/20%cooke
d. Did a thesis on the effects of food temps on immune responses. Been raw for 10+ years. Done right, it works. It's not just raw, but a combination of factors. I invite you to wander over to Whole Foods on the 17th. I'll share reasons why I continue to chose this lifestyle. Hope to meet at some point, if not then.
