I have been observing Sabbath for 10 years now.
But only in the last year did I start fasting on Sabbath. I also have a shofar that I blow three times at Sundone and Sunset. I read about the Essenes in the books of Edmond Bordeaux Szekely. I am in contact with his wife living in Canada, and I order books straight from her. ”
