I'm not strictly vegan, or vegatarian, but certainly a lot closer than most people. General health and fitness are very important to me. I think empathy for others besides your family/race/ethnic group, etc... is critically imporant.

Yes, healing is a broad concept, but one thing is simple, the healer is the one who needs healing. The practitioner is the one facilitates the healing.
