No prob. I've been vegan for about 3 yrs. I take short breaks here and there. Collectively I stay vegan for 11 months out of the year probably. Looking to strive for a perfect year. It gets hard around family and friends sometimes, ya know? I feel ya on just wingin' it. I'm definitely a lazy cook (for myself). I love to order in or dine out. I'm a great cook -- but it's time consuming...especially when you're hungry. And I'm an impatient gal. :) Glad you found your way.

It was more of a question, not an offer. :) I read what you posted in your profile. I'd just suggest experimenting with different foods, trying new restaurants and investing in some good vegan cookbooks.
