the room will always be available to us -- no advance reservation -- the bldg manager is treating it like a group of friends meeting. However, I am not available 9/11 -- can we move the date to 9/18? that will be the only glitch in using the room -- that I will have to be available, then the group will have to be a little flexible, or we can go back to the library when I am not available to host the meeting.

The address is 5733 n sheridan road -- the doorman will be alerted and we can go directly to the top floor (P). Pay for parking but there is street parking and public transportation -- 147 and 151 (ardmore stop) and red line (bryn mawr or thorndale stop). Let me know. marygk
