Has anyone been to Pizza Fusion? http://www.pizzafusio...
They have a soy cheese pizza and they recycle, use hybrid vehicles for delivery, etc. It's a chain and they have a store in Naperville. I can't remember the last time I've gone out to the 'burbs; it might be a worthwhile adventure if the food's good. Anyone been there? |

I was there shortly after they opened last year. They have the typical Italian menu but also list vegan pizza choices. I thought the pizza was good except that the "cheese" was a little grainy. Not bad enough to stop me from eating more pizza though. The pizzas are rectangular with rounded edges and the toppings are a little too skimpy for my taste so I have to ask for extra. The prices seemed a little high (over $20 for my pizza which would probably serve two normal eaters). I work in Lisle and was hopping I was within their delivery area but I am just outside. I think it's probably worth the trip for you to try it once. Maybe they've improved the cheese by now.

I loved Pizza Fusion. They use Follow Your Heart and they make it look and taste like actual cheese. I was pretty startled by this, because FYH or Teese usually look like melted neon white plastic. You can read my review of Pizza Fusion on VegGuide: http://www.vegguide.o...
