There's a new fast food mexican place called Rockin' Taco and they offer a delicious al pastor tofu option for tacos and burritos (also fajita vegetables). It's so easy for mexican food to be vegan yet it seems nearly impossible to find it in Chicago. These people rock. Go get your taco fix!

Nessie: No vegan cheese...yet. They're tyring to find a local vendor with a somewhat reasonable price.
Mark: The rice is vegan and ridiculously good. The refried beans are not vegan, but the black beans are. |

Oh man, you got me slobbering onto my desk.I haven't had the beans and rice (except in a burrito). I haven't confirmed but i hear the refried beans are not vegan. Oh and the horchata is not vegan (wtf). |

I hate when the horchata has dairy in it, because there really is no point to it at all. I mean, what does it add, other than cost?
