VEGAN CHICAGO MEETUP RECAP: September
The cool winds of the impending autumn were greeted us on our way to Arya Bhavan for our September meetup but the company was warm and the food spicy! We had an intimate crowd of about 25 show up and there were smiles and full bellies all around as we made our way through the delicious vegan indian buffet. If you happened to attend please consider filling out the feedback email you were sent so we can assess what we are doing right and what we can do better. Another successful dine-out event by Debra!

A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT
Speaking of which, in case you didn't know, Debra also runs the The Columbus Vegan Meetup Group along with her partner Doug and it was a special treat to have them both in attendance. With our sister meetup The Milwaukee Vegan Meetup Group run by Lindsay we're slowly taking over the heartland of America!

VEGAN CHICAGO PARAPHERNALIA
So I was sporting my awesome black Vegan Chicago shirt at the meetup and people kept complimenting me on it and asking where they can get theirs. Well, truth be told we used Zazzle.com to cheaply print a few shirts for the organizers but we didn't really make a big deal about our Zazzle store. We don't do Vegan Chicago to make money or even promote the group for its own sake. We do it to support those who support fair treatment for all animals that is veganism. I did finally relent though and promised a few people that I would let everybody know how to procure your own cool-ass Vegan Chicago paraphernalia. So if you're interested you can check own our own secret store at Zazzle here: Vegan Chicago's Zazzle Store. This is usually reserved for organizers but due to popular demand we've making the store public at least for the time being. The prices are cranked down as low as allowed in case you're interested. If you have any requests for products or logo versions please let me know and I'll be happy to consider adding more.

COMING UP
There was a devilish look in Debra's eyes when she pondered aloud the possibilities for next month's Vegan Chicago dine-out. At this point I'm just staying outta her way as she keeps rocking these events. Stay tuned for moar vegan goodness dished out by the awesomeload… and you never know when a Vegan On Tap will be casually dropped into the mix…
